We encourage you to vacuum before we arrive for your carpet cleaning appointment. If you are unable to vacuum, we will happily do so for you. 

Please leave a space in your driveway or street closest to the entry of your home. 

We consider an average size room to be no larger than 200 square feet.  Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas. Non-standard areas (baths, halls, landings, walk-in-closets, stairs, etc.) are priced separately from the standard areas, usually all combined as one additional room.

It will take approximately 30 minutes per average sized room. This time can vary greatly depending on how soiled the carpets are and any necessary spot removal treatments.

We ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival.

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

No. If we have access to a hidden key or code it won’t be an issue if you are not home. We will need to discuss the details about payment over the phone prior starting the job. We will take before and after pictures for you and text them to you along with a professional receipt after completion.
